Construction Ecosystem in the EU and Greece Workshop
The Construction Ecosystem in the EU and Greece – Networking & Innovation Workshop was hosted by ΕCODOMH and MIRTEC SA on October 30th in Athens. The workshop provided attendees with the opportunity to learn about European directions and innovation strategies for the construction ecosystem from leading organizations within the European Community. It showcased innovative collaboration approaches through the Built4People Innovation Cluster (B4PIC) Network, highlighting opportunities for cooperation and leveraging structures and tools for the transition toward an innovative and sustainable built environment. Additionally, strong and effective industry-government collaboration models via international clusters were presented, alongside key developments and challenges in major construction projects in Greece.
Following the workshop, the STAR*Track project’s 2nd General Assembly Meeting took place on October 31st. The project aims to expand the B4PIC network, initially developed in the Horizon Europe project NEBULA, and to equip the B4PICs and their members with ICT tools. R-NanoLab’s role includes facilitating access to funding opportunities and providing training on sustainable developments.
