NanoMECommons Project held its 2nd Exploitation and Dissemination Open Day Workshop as a hybrid event in Cambridge, UK, at Homerton College on the 20th of November. R-NanoLab,  as project coordinator, delivered the opening speech, setting the stage for a day filled with insightful presentations and discussions. 
The workshop showcased advancements in harmonizing nanomechanics protocols and data exchange procedures, emphasizing the project’s commitment to interoperability and standardization. Speakers from leading academic institutions, research organizations, and industry presented cutting-edge research on topics ranging from advanced materials characterization to digitalization solutions for the integration of real and virtual worlds.
The event also featured a virtual exhibition, providing a platform for participants to explore innovative technologies and foster collaboration. The combination of expert talks, interactive discussions, and networking opportunities made the workshop a milestone in the project’s dissemination and outreach efforts.
