Leonidas Ananiadis studied Political Science and History at Panteion University (Athens). After his graduation in 2010 he continued his studies, obtaining an MA in the Modern History Department of the aforementioned School. At that time, his main research interests included Greek Social History, Social History of Industrial Revolution, History and Sociology of Sports, Greek Civil War History etc.
He is currently on course to achieve a second MA, this time on Sociology from the University of Crete, from where he gained a scholarship in 2021 by performing Supplementary Tutoring in Bachelor level students of the aforementioned Department. His Master Thesis will be entitled “After Fordism: Theoretical Approaches on the Future of Labour”. He has taken part at the Conference of Panteion University “The History of the Left Wing in the Greek Political World” in 2013. His lecture, entitled “The Industrial City of Lavrio from the Interwar Period until the first Postwar Years” was later published in a collective edition of the Conference’s records.
