Evangelos Tsimis holds a degree in Chemical Engineer from the National Technical University of Athens. He is currently in the process of completing his MSc in Materials Science and Technology at NTUA, working on his thesis, where he investigates the synthesis of carbon nanotubes from polymer recycling byproducts. His research interests focus on carbon nanomaterials synthesis and incorporation of sustainable materials in cultural heritage and construction related applications. He also has work experience in cultural heritage conservation and restoration.
