Georgina Karountzou, a dynamic member of our team whose expertise lies at the intersection of geology and material science. Georgina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from University of Patras and has pursued postgraduate studies in Material Science and Technology at NTUA. Her academic journey is focused on nanomaterial synthesis, particularly Graphene and Carbon Nanotubes (CNTs), using advanced techniques like Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD). Engaged in European projects such as FastSmart, and the Erasmus+ Nanoer, Georgina embodies a commitment to collaborative research and innovation. With a focus on the synthesis of nanomaterials and their applications, Georgina plays a crucial role in our team’s contributions to cutting-edge technologies.
