Christina Podara holds a BSc in chemistry from University of Crete and a MSc in Materials Science and Technology from National Technical University of Athens. Currently she is a PhD candidate in School of Chemical Engineering, NTUA.
Christina’s research interest is focused towards thermoplastic materials modification and recycling, as well as polymer nanocomposites formulation, synthesis and characterization. During her master’s dissertation she gained experience towards the synthesis of core-shell particles using interfacial polymerisation methods. She has participated in international and domestic conferences and her research work has been published in scientific journals.
