Additive Manufacturing Technologies Lab

R-Nano Lab considers additive manufacturing as a key-enabling technology for the realization of novel, multifunctional material configurations, for diverse applications. To this end, the Additive Manufacturing Technologies Lab, addresses the design and fabrication of small-scale objects and components, by employing fused filament fabrication (FFF) tabletop technologies. This infrastructure also supports multi-material printing of both in-house developed and commercial thermoplastic filaments for rapid prototyping purposes. Finally, the AM Lab addresses the printability evaluation of in-house developed recycled and (nano)composite filaments.
